Our jewellery is 100% handmade which means that in most cases your item will be custom made, just for you. It also means that your item may differ slightly from the one pictured on the website. This does not alter its quality or value; it only makes it more unique!
While every effort is made to capture lifelike images of the jewellery, colours may vary from one computer monitor to another and some items may appear larger to show detail. We therefore recommend that you carefully check your item’s description and dimensions. It may save time in the long run!
All prices shown are in euros. Where applicable VAT will be added at checkout. PayPal accepts both credit and debit cards even if you do not have a PayPal account.

CYPRUS ORDERS
Orders are sent via local courier and charges are included in the purchase price. Items in stock should arrive within 2 working days. For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks to make and dispatch your item. More complex pieces of jewellery may take longer and a time-frame will be arranged with you via email. Uncollected items will not be refunded.
EU ORDERS
Items currently is stock will be shipped within 1-3 working days. For custom orders, please allow 1-2 weeks to make and dispatch your item. More complex pieces of jewellery may take longer and a time-frame will be arranged with you via email. All items are sent via signed for post and a tracking number will be provided. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks.
Please note that shipping can take longer due to national and regional holidays and we cannot be held accountable for these delays.

RETURNS
Cancellations are possible within 2 hours of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless pre-arranged via email.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If a return or exchange is agreed, the unused item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Items that arrive damaged or are ‘lost in post’ will not be refunded. As such, we recommend that items be returned via signed for or insured post. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs which includes original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Postal charges are non-recoverable.

Online shopping is fabulous but it can be challenging when it comes to jewellery sizing, especially rings! We recommend visiting a jeweller near you to get your finger size accurately measured. If you already own a ring in the correct size, be sure to take it with you. Failing that, there is a plethora of printable ring sizers on the internet. Just remember to print the sizer(s) in actual size – no shrinking or enlarging the print.

If your country is not listed, it still very likely uses one of the above ring size systems. Again, you can visit your local jeweller or give them a quick call to find out which system they use.
